My name is Caiden helzer, I live just outside of  lincoln Nebraska In the country with a cat, a dog, two brothers and my parents. A couple of my hobbies are going outside and riding my fourwheeler, and playing video games. I also like to work at my Dad's farm.
Most of the information that I found useful was on these sights.

And now for the bad part...
While video games have a lot of benefits, they have a lot of bad effects on the body, mentally and physically. They can create sleeping problems if the games either are scary or if they are played throughout the night. If you have the condition epilepsy then you have a very high chance to have a seizure if you play videogames since most of them have flashing lights.
If you play violent video games then you may experience larger amounts of anger. If you stare at your television for a long time without looking away, then you could be damaging your eyes. You may even feel restless if you can't play video games if you normally do.
The great things about playing video games
First, let's talk about the benefits of playing video games. They can grant someone better hand-eye coordination, and in some cases people say that they have better vision. No, that does not mean you should sit right in front of your television or computer about three inches from the screen, that can cause eye irritation and damage in vision. Other great things about playing video games is that it improves your problem solving skills, and focusing practice.
Video games are really fun, but they could create problems for the human body mentally and physically. On the other hand could also help us with hand-eye coordination, focusing, and problem solving. Here are some videogame side effects.
